In Ephesians 4:11, Paul tells us that God gives some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers. The offices listed here focus mainly on those who proclaim the gospel and teach the truth.  It is the role of these offices to equip the saints or believers for works of service. At International Baptist Church, we believe that each member is created with a unique make up of gifts and abilities or S.H.A.P.E.

It is the role of the leadership at International Baptist Church to help members and believers to find ways to use their gifts and abilities in order to find fulfillment in the body of Christ. We believe that ministry happens 7 days a week so as each believer goes through their normal weekly activities; they can continue to find ways to reach out and minister to those who God has placed in their lives.  EVERY MEMBER AT IBC IS A MINISTER!
