Raising a Modern Day Knight (RMDK) 

In April ... the Raising a Modern Day Knight series will start, for those of you with one or more sons. It is a fantastic program for fathers. Just ask anyone that participated in the program last year. We are looking for 1-2 men to help lead this program. Telunas7 - Men's weekend retreat - May 8-10

Telunas7 is 8-10 May.

The time for the Men's Retreat at Telunas (Telunas 7) is quickly approaching! It is an event you won't want to miss: a unique and rustic retreat center next to a beautiful beach on an Indonesian island; a time to plug-in, connect and re-charge on many levels. Sign up now!

People will be going to Telunas in two groups. One will be leaving at 9:20am on Thursday, 7 May and the other will be leaving at 6:10pm on Friday, 8 May. You will need to be at the Harbour Front ferry pier an hour before departure time.

Plans include:
- sessions to stimulate and challenge you spiritually, under the theme "Wild at heart – rekindling the heart of a man: a battle to fight; a beauty to rescue; an adventure to live".
- lots of opportunities to relax, fish and play
- for those bringing their sons, there will be crafts, games and adventures designed to help instill Christian themes and principles
- great food and good fellowship

Close to 100 men at IBC have gone to Telunas over the past few years, with most having gone several times. Ask around and you will find that it is an event that you won't want to miss.

Telunas Beach is a rustic but boutique collection of over-water buildings with lots of breeze. There’s a great beach for kids and swimming although visibility for snorkeling is limited. Has diving platform, beach volleyball and bonfire area and jungle forest. Accommodation is dorm-style with modern bathrooms.
